Sassafras is an eclectic “Chalkboard” style restaurant.    The progressive menu allows our experienced kitchen staff to incorporate a myriad of culinary skills acquired over the years.  We work closely with local vendors, farms, breweries, wineries, bakeries, and coffee roasters. Buying local allows us to present fresh, high quality food, and beverages. Our new setup has a stage, dance floor, and is nestled at a historic location next the the Carson Hot Springs in  Carson City, Nevada.
